Tulane Dining Services hosts Farmers Markets twice a month on the uptown campus. Gulf Coast Produce, our main supplier, helps maintain our commitment to buying fresh and local first. 90% of the time when students order fruits and vegetables on campus, it is locally grown and our baked goods are prepared from scratch in-house.
